The Mental Health Support Training for Military Leaders

 

is an evidence-based program developed as part of the Readiness Supportive Leadership Training (RESULT) study and evaluated with an active duty U.S. Army population. 

 

The training has been adapted for all branches of the military to enhance resilience in the face of stressful and hazardous workplace situations.

This program was developed to train military leaders in supportive mentorship, leading to improved readiness, resilience, health and well-being of subordinates, as well as enhancing a positive culture of trust within units. Learn more about the research involved in developing this training.

Steps in the program
